Accommodation
There is a group rate organized at the conference hotel, Holiday Inn Waterfront in Kingston.
Here is the link to the booking site (make sure the group code is filled in). The conference rate is $142.95 (+tax and fee, 16%) per night (~€95 + 16%, Feb 2014 exchange rate), valid from 1 day before and 2 days after the conference dates. Free upgrade to king bed and breakfast is included.
Please book the hotel well before June 20, which is the day group block will be released (i.e. 1 month before the conference).
There are other hotels around Kingston which may be interesting as well (the link goes to a google map).
For the budget minded, dorm rooms at Queen's University can also be rented (~20-25 min walk from the conference venue). Note that these have shared bathrooms.
